The Meetings Space: simply dedicated to uniting the most influential buyers with the most important and inspirational suppliers in the European MICE industry. It is all about meeting and networking with the right people – the influential companies that you want to do more business with plus new companies and contacts that you will be glad you discovered. After 10 years of developing meeting forums, Managing Director Lorraine Hall wanted to create something new which focuses entirely on the quality of the delegates and inspirational event programmes.

February 2018 marks the 5th anniversary for Europe’s best meeting forum, The MEETINGS SPACE! This 10th forum event is going to be held in Berlin, one of Europe’s hottest event cities, at the centrally located Hilton Berlin.

There are a lot of forums out there so take a minute to understand why our clients believe this event is one of the best in the industry…

–       Fully hosted. The event runs from Thursday evening to Saturday lunchtime so takes little of your time away from the office

–       Pre- select appointments from a choice of 120 quality event venues and suppliers from over 25 destinations across continental Europe, plus a few long haul gems, so essential for developing your product knowledge. Buyers have their own tables so it’s quite civilised!

–       Fully qualified buyers and suppliers. This means you will meet senior business contacts as well as networking amongst professional peers in the industry

–       Destination discovery. The forum itself will give you a taste of what best the city has to offer with two off-site evening events and an afternoon of activities. If you want to explore further there is an option to extend into the weekend – spaces are limited for the weekend discovery so register soon!

–       Professional organisation. Lorraine Hall has been managing forum events for over twenty years and she only manages two events per year with an extensive event team – the reputation of this forum and the delegates who attend proceeds it….but don’t just take out word for it….
