Title:                                      Sales Manager AbleMaxx

Reporting to:                      Maxine MacPherson: Founder & Managing Director 

Supported by:                     AbleMaxx Account Manager



Overall purpose of the job:  

  • Grow and manage a pipeline for AbleMaxx client accounts  (

  • Manage active key client accounts from intermediary and corporate direct sectors to drive more business from them

  • Prospecting for new corporate client relationships with appropriate industry buyers 

  • Creation, co-ordination, development and administration of major industry events including sales missions for long term and ad hoc clients


Key responsibilities:

  • Increase business leads in the UK Corporate & MICE Sectors

  • Managing client correspondence and passing on lead opportunities to the relevant suppliers, follow up and communicate final decisions with key parties

  • Identifying and developing new approaches to key accounts, firmly establishing AbleMaxx as the premier resource for sourcing globally

  • Anticipating and proactively dealing with issues as they arise

  • Attending Fam trips, tradeshows and manage sales missions on behalf of AbleMaxx clients

  • Familiarising with the accounts and their teams and core values

  • Working in an appropriate manner to support the delivery of a developing sales pipeline 

  • Continuing development of personal knowledge of the accounts, partners and destinations as well as trends within the industry;

  • Promote the values and aims of AbleMaxx and continuing to build a respected brand within the UK market

  • Create ways to increase revenue streams
