Testimonials:

"I really didn’t quite know what to expect as I arrived at Bluewaters , subliminally I was thinking of a Vegas style property - it couldn’t be further away from this! Wow - what a location and venue!  So close to the major networks to get to downtown Dubai in 15 minutes whilst being located on the beach front with the only hotel to have waves lapping on the shore line in the whole of this Emirate & a sea view with no cranes obscuring my picture postcard outlook! The low lying building and sleek lines of the hotel complex, lend more to being an upmarket & chic Miami Beach property than a Vegas Convention centre hotel. The welcome and hospitality are humbly attentive rather than being over enthusiastic & over familiar!

The bedrooms are beautiful, all having amazing views and I was so impressed with the range of F&B outlets. Stand outs were the Japanese restaurant - Paru for the stunning unrivalled waterfront views and the Havana Bar - which has an authentic and fun feel.
The conference centre Is also superbly located with easy access & meeting space for seating up to 500 delegates - no pillars obscure sight lines and all mod con technology is available. Having arrived at the hotel with a bad back I was also able to enjoy the spa and a treatment from the Orient that cured my pain and ensured I had the most wonderful and memorable stay I have ever had at a UAE hotel.

It is indeed a Palace, but a Peoples Palace open for all who want to relax, unwind and enjoy some Me Time. I will be back and will bring others..." David Taylor, Non Executive Director BCD M&E, visits Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, December 2019:

"Caesars Bluewaters really is a re-imagination of the famous Las Vegas brand. Although the well-known extravagance and attention to detail has been imported, a new eye for design, elegance and exception service has been added, making this a truly unique and beautiful destination hotel." Managing Director, ACE

"You have a wonderful product, superbly designed, exquisite delicious food...far too many delicious experiences, and impeccable service second to none." Head of Logistics, Imagination

" The facilities at Caesars are second to none, in a crowded marketplace, they stand out for their understated elegance, the hotel felt like an oasis of calm in the middle of a hectic place with many jostling for position. In this industry we are fortunate enough to visit some amazing properties and stay in fabulous surroundings however, the unobtrusive yet intuitive level of service received at Caesars really is second to none." Head of Events, Capita

"The hotel is designed with attention to detail in mind.  Its modern design did not compromise its comfort and the service was first class" Managing Director, PGE

"As with most people, I did have preconceived ideas of what to expect when one hears the name ‘Caesars’, but they could not have been further from the reality experienced.  Firstly, and as one would expect – the hotel was luxurious at every level; from beach to F&B outlets, meeting space to bedrooms – everything was stylish, sophisticated (with a playful nod to the Caesars brand) and high-end.  But what struck all of us was the personal touchpoints.  Without exception, every member of the hotel team (at all levels) was a smiling, personable brand ambassador; they simply left you feeling good about the day!  Most hotels of this calibre foster an environment of polite deference in their staff, however, the staff here went out of their way to instigate conversation, rather than simply being reactive.  This, along with management care, attention and lack of attitude, made the hotel and our experience one to remember.  It is up there with the best in Dubai, and considerably better than many.” Managing Director, Purple Dog
