Just 90 minutes from London, a collection of privately owned homes provide the setting for relaxed meetings with a focus on being out in nature and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of city life.
With cabins, apartments and homes to choose from as well as a range of different activities, The Lakes by YOO offers the perfect base for groups to engage, grow and explore together.
The Lakes by YOO, is a self-catering venue, think of it as more your home away from home. All its spaces typically feature relaxed seating but can be rearranged to suit your needs. The venue you choose will be exclusively yours and the team is on hand to do as much or as little as you want.
You can host your event on a ‘dry hire’ basis, where the team simply provide you with the space for your event, giving you the freedom to organise your own catering and team, from our approved suppliers list. Alternatively, take a ‘wet hire’ service where the team can help you to organise the event, using its in-house team and preferred external suppliers, for everything such as, catering, AV and branding. Transparent costings will be submitted to you for each part with an event planning fee for this service. Should you wish us to manage the event on the day, an additional on-site project management fee will be charged.

The Manor House is available to hire a day rate or overnight if you prefer to stay with us a little longer. Boasting 5 exquisitely designed spacious bedrooms with a traditional yet cosy feel and 4 luxurious bathrooms, you'll leave feeling rested and refreshed. The bedrooms can be configured as three double rooms and two twin rooms.

Each room has been uniquely curated to reflect the aesthetic of The Lakes, featuring beautiful works of art and objects. It offers extensive lake views, a private garden, an open plan kitchen and a lounge area with a large dining room and snug. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from its master bedroom, before spending your days exploring. The bedrooms can be configured as three double rooms and two twin rooms.

Every apartment is luxuriously appointed with 3 ensuite bedrooms each with a private balcony. An open-plan living area comprises a lake view balcony, dining space, fully equipped kitchen and cosy sitting area with a log burner. The bedrooms can be configured as two double rooms and one twin room. We have 12 apartments which we own, and they there are an additional six which are privately owned.
THE CABINS
A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom one-of-a-kind property set on Marley Lake, the Lakeside Cabin features a double-height open-plan living area with dining space and an extensive outdoor entertaining deck. Open the large retractable doors to truly bring the outdoors inside. Each cabin has been curated by the award-winning YOO Studio who have personally sourced and placed bespoke furnishings, eclectic artwork and vintage finds, giving it that cosy Cotswolds feel. The bedrooms can be configured as one double rooms and one twin room.
We have two cabins of our own and six which are privately owned.
